To grow and progress, you need to accept yourself as you are.

You can't work on a weakness if you don't accept it. Even if you know you have this weakness. Because if you condemn it, your body will not associate it with yourself.

The way to do it correctly is this: Find the weakness you are interested in and accept it. This is me, and it is ok. I have this characteristic, behavior, fear, or inefficiency, and that's ok. It's not bad or good. It is what it is and what I needed to come to the place I am in right now. Everything I am created me. I accept it and love myself. It is good. But I want to progress. And I want to change things. This im my current reaction/behavior/fear, and this is what I want to have. Thanks to the universe and myself for everything!
