How do you find a balance of being a public figure but still maintain opsec?

Being public is a sacrifice I am willing to make, but it also feels like I could be sacrificing family safety too.

It's difficult. Requires me maintaining an alternate identity for interacting with people where I live. And not putting my real name and address on ANYTHING.

Way too late for that.

It would only attract more attention.

Proliferation of facial recognition will screw me soon.
