It's tough, I check P2P markets regularly to see if I can secure a good deal, but markets are dry as the sahara for my local currency so I have to use PayPal or get KYC'd stable coins first, this is so tiresome!
Not sure where you live, but sounds like you just need a couple of good friends with good connections
