Maybe some clients have this built in?
I tried https://listr.lol but it seemed a bit whacky to me.
Amethyst has a bookmark feature.

Ahh, totally missed that, thanks. Now I gotta (a) find that note I wanted to bookmark and (b) figure how to do it.
