It is improving. I would say I am about the same size and strength as I was before when I was going 6 days a week for about 2 years. I started doing HIT in September 2023 and it took me some time to find a routine that worked for me. The hardest part about HIT is actually going to failure when you are training alone. The drop sets really helped me push myself to failure. And HIT has saved me a lot of time to focus on my craft and other things. People tend to underestimate how important genetics are. My genetics did not allow me to grow that much muscle with 6 days of training. I'm pretty sure my muscle was eating itself to provide energy because there were days where I went in and felt weaker than the week before. Don't go to the gym if you are sick or if you feel extremely tired. You won't get a good workout. Always listen to your body. If you feel weaker than the week before then you haven't rested enough. Your genetics determine how fast you recover but you can make it more efficient by sleeping and eating right. Hit me up anytime if you have questions.
