I'm going to say this is part of the problem with adoption. There is this huge learning curve.

The people who are fascinated by Bitcoin and are willing to put in tens or hundreds of hours into learning about bitcoin, economics, and related fields have already bought in (or not).

Many people don't have or want to spend that kind of time. How do we show people the benefit in ≤5 minutes? From "what is a bitcoin?" to "I have and can use bitcoin".
