By the way, i'm still the woman that I know who does and puts less things on her skin (previously only tallow, nowadays also the peptide serum...) because I believe in your philosophy (and also saw my mom doing barely nothing and having amazing skin still at 85) that the less is better and to let things heal from the inside and systemically.

Also I think skin is a good feedback on how things are going internally, so I prefer to not cover these precious signs
