Legs DONE

Squats

- worked my way up to 160kg did 8 reps and dropped the bar on the ninth

- second working set was 8 reps at 140 and then a dropset immidiately after at 100

Some calf raises for fun and little pump with 1 set of leg curls and extensions

So actual work was only 2 sets of hard squats and thats all that is needed!
