Use beef soup bones with.

Braise em in da pot.

Add some water.

Add all left over veggies scraps from freezer (~1gal stuffed full)

If you don’t have this use fresh veggies & peels of onions.

Add some herbs, pepper to taste (I don’t cook with salt)

Make sure you got enuff water to cover.

Low simmer for long time.
