When you upload a file to the CDN it auto-detects the file type based on the initial byte sequence. Maybe there is a bug in the library I'm using. I'll look into it. Can you send the link the doesn't embed? That'll help me track down the issue

I worked around it by uploading the video to Twitter first then downloaded it again from Twitter to upload it to Satellite and that worked as .mp4. As you can see it's much smaller after Twitter's reencoding and Satellite didn't change it to .3gp
