Happy bday!!!

Not my Bday though … mine is still a month and a half away … but thanks! 😂

I rushed into doing deadlifts because I had little time. Didn’t wear a belt, didn’t keep mind / muscle connection … threw my back …all my fault.

I’m almost 100% now though … I def don’t want to miss another week …
