The amount of Wisdom in this picture (not including myself) is enough to fill libraries. Participated in my 3rd Ayahuasca experience this past weekend, totaling 11 official ceremonies with the medicine. I am more humbled and blown away every single time by everything. So blessed and grateful.
Just a few of my key takeaways from this past few days, all though I’ll be unpacking everything for quite some time.
‘SLOW DOWN’ - It’s so easy to move fast, but it’s hard to slow down. The job and task is how much we’re able to slow down, move with ease, grace, presence. It’s only in the stillness of silence when we can truly listen.
I asked Atem the guy to my right, what’s your favorite path to God? He tilts his head, pauses, and responds, “Life.” Then went on with some profound wisdom to back it up.
We must think beautiful thoughts, as that’s creating our life. Think and walk beautifully, now you are living it.
There are 2 types of meditations, one is sitting, the other is the rest of our life, contemplating, how we are walking.
50% of the work is the medicine, the other 50% is how we walk in life.
Finding the right way to use the teachings. All the wisdom needs to be transferred into life. It’s a weaving of understanding the world. Observing and then going to the root, then comes the moment when we have the tools. After we start to understand the process more, there’s less noise in our minds. It’s important to study the worries, then we understand the root. An opportunity to study oneself. It’s important to know that everything is important, to know how to feel yourself. God Bless 🙏
“Is there a better intention than to surrender?”
Uh, nope that’s pretty good.
