Should we also measure it in $NVDA stock? How about Ethereum? That’s not exactly how that works you know. Despite the capital appreciation of other assets, Real Estate still holds a massive monetary premium. One that is arguably growing - not shrinking.

The price of real estate would likely fall if people/institutions were really selling to accumulate something like bitcoin or gold in its stead… not hit new all time highs

Don’t get me wrong. I think it will happen eventually. But calling it “in progress” is a little premature. Global real estate markets are nearly $400 trillion USD. While bitcoin is rapidly maturing, we are just now challenging the biggest stocks on US exchanges. Different leagues

It’s a fair point and well noted.

Obviously I was being a bit hyperbolic; but I still believe what I said. Both assets mentioned above do not stack up on the same timeframe.

You could say 15 years isn’t long enough to make a judgement, but as real estate continues to fall against BTC- I believe many will start selling 2nd/3rd/rental/commercial properties for bitcoin.

15 years into a process I believe will take over 100 to fully complete is still “in progress” in my books!
