The 14th Amendment says

"All persons born or naturalized in the United States, and subject to the jurisdiction thereof, are citizens of the United States and of the State wherein they reside."

All persons mean all persons, in plain English

You cannot under this amendment pick and choose who receives citizenship at birth.

All persons BORN or naturalized.

Conservatives like to shout "all live matter" except some matter more than others in the eyes of# MAGA.
