It's a necessary inference in two places; the Books of Moses, and the Book of Acts.
In Leviticus, the death penalty was prescribed for bestiality. Moses had a black wife, and this is never addressed, therefore Moses was not guilty of this sin. The nigger cannot be a beast by the Biblical definition.
Later on, in Acts chapter 8, the Holy Spirit leads Phillip to baptize an Ethiopian. Baptism, after Pentecost, is only ever performed for the salvation of souls. Therefore niggers must necessarily have souls. They are people.
