Homemade Pho 🍜

Pho is basically a bone broth with star anise, cardamom, coriander & ginger + rice noodles, green onions, lime & mint.

I discover it in Vietnam & I adore it. It’s so nourishing & rich in flavor.

Adding the oxtail and brisket to the broth was the move for extra collagen, yum.

Ginger is so healthy and put in near everything wherever I go to buy food. Just too bad I'm allergic. Makes outdoors cheap πŸ˜‚
