Leg day really is special.

It’s like a metaphor for life. You just DO the hard thing you don’t want to do, and you feel 1000 better afterwards.

It also works the foundations, that are “less visible” - yuuuuge lesson there.

It’s also the single best area to exercise.

It will do more to stem aging, lethargy & weakness than anything else you can do, or anyone can sell to you.

Does wonders for you hormonally (man or woman) too.

Forget all the biohacking nonsense.

Just go squat, lunge, sprint.

Another major life lesson.

It’s the simple (but hard) things that matter most.
