It’s because Male hierarchy can’t be bought bullied or reasoned with. Either you’re the man or you’re not. You can’t gaslight anyone into believing you are higher than you actually are.
Female hierarchy is much flatter. It’s like a scrum for power.
Also when men are the “boss man” it’s a burden, whereas women seem to see it as a privilege. It’s not. lol

Women see it as a privilege, if they are clueless and incompetent. Every woman who has been the Boss Lady knows what a total grind it is.
Just trying to recruit and motivate staff has become a challenge. You're not sitting up on some throne, bossing your ninions around.
