Ok, so...,There is no paddy in the field this year,..here and around everywhere..,dried fields and no water..

....Agriculture department is useless (but free salaries are paid to the employees).

....Irrigation department is useless (but free salaries are paid to the employees).

...useless and waste departments list goes on..

....

It is just cause and effect,..,nothing about caring, worrying, or disliking.😀🎈☕👍.
