Same with Australia. The price you see listed is the price you pay. And people used to be paid a fair living wage. It’s arguable whether or not that’s still true now as the economy has gone to shit here. Most people are priced out of a decent quality home unless they move to a rural area and even then they’ll be paying way too much.
