I've used Ubuntu and Mint distros before.

My Lenovo was selected because it was on the Qubes lists. It was supposed to be a barebones refurbished.

Not great specs, but I think it was minimum recommended.

Do you think I could dual-boot Qubes?

I have done much dual-booting since UEFI, and I am enjoy my free windows 10

(As much as anyone CAN enjoy windows.)

you shouldn't dual boot #qubesos with another os. it is a security risk.

if you understand the risk and want to do it anyway read this first.

you can install windows on qubes with some caveats. read about it here

personally i wouldn't.

also, if you want qubesos to run well, max out your ram 16 GB min, pref 32 GB min, and get at least a 1tb ssd internal drive
