Long press and copy. For some reason if the “media” is missing in the link it won’t populate correctly in the note.

No that’s not the right link. You don’t need to do anything to it besides copy and paste, you just need to get it the right way

If you’re on a computer try right clicking the gif itself from the web page rather than selecting and copying what’s in the url toolbar
