I suppose so, assuming that engaging in phenomenology does not require a certain level of awareness or intentionality.

Yet it is impossible to exit oneself and experience the perception from the other. It is only possible to alter one's own state to experience alternative perception. Awareness helps to understand, but can't change this.

Perhaps it is even impossible to experience our own previous perceptions as memories are influenced by our biases, emotions, and cognitive limitations.
