Never is a strong word man...

The threat of guillotines works very well. You don't want to do it, but it's not much of a threat if you won't do it. People who cheer for guillotines are stupid, but people who refuse to consider them are destined to be enslaved. Violence must always be an option of last resort and preparedness must be maintained. You aren't peaceful if you're incapable if doing violence, you're simply helpless.
