When you meet real people who have lived through each of these tyrannies, there aren't two truths.
I have no doubt that there are plenty of Iranians who rightfully revile their terrible government (that the USA inadvertently helped create). It is just that given the current state of technology I don't know what is created By AI and what is "real".
I hope they're well, but AI generated photos and videos doesnt help the case

The revolution taking place in Iran was started by women, out of their weariness with the living conditions imposed on them by Islam. But to reduce it to just that is to diminish the struggle and suffering they have endured for many years.
I have many Iranian friends saying hijab police is rubbish, they need to carry one around and wear if told so. But seeing that Israeli flag being waved in their protest is really AI generated videos or Mossad agents infiltrated. How can you possibly fight for freedom waving a flag of a country that bomb other countries, steal their land and resources?
