I get fiat and most times I exchange quickly. I use a credit card for most expenses.

Why trade and go through the headaches of keeping up when you can put it on cruse control and go all in on the best thing called bitcoin. Entropy of excess eliminated.
Because this is my job. I just personally rather trade than work a 9 to 5 that don’t pay me enough.
Some may have higher paying jobs or a good boss but in my experience and in my current situation trading the past year and a half has outpaced my previous job. Just have to keep my cost of living low which is no problem for me.
Now I’m in school for medicine so when I graduate, get licensed, and practice I will only focus on leaps because they usually do well, especially when buying in bear markets.
So I either trade or work in a clinic that pays me $15 an hour with no vacations and time with my toddler. I chose trading.
I do miss working with people though face to face.
But i still do the same thing. When I get paid from my work I put excess capital into bitcoin.
Some people work at a restaurant or office, I just prefer to work from home and watch my daughter grow up. Can be stressful, heck yea, but also not being at home and present can as well.
I respect it.
