Artwork I bought in Japan, created with the ukiyo-e woodblock printing technique. Kameido’s Tenjin shrine is the subject, dedicated to a god of scholarship. Utagawa Hiroshige printed it as part of a series titled “One Hundred Famous Views of Edo”.
