Made an extract out of #comfrey stocks left over from freeze drying. Added some nettle and worm castings. Proceed to leave it for 4 days instead of two. Not sure if I should still use it on plants.

Any thoughts?

Considering bokashi people use what most would consider sewage on their plants it's probably fine. Just dilute it with water or some biochar or mulch

If it's funkier than George Clinton I usually compost it

It actually smells kinda sweet.

Yeah if bokashi doesn't go wrong, it should have a sweet pickly smell to it. Some people still find it unpleasant though. It has 3 main organisms to it yeast, lactic acid bacteria and purple no sulphur bacteria if those 3 dominate it smells a bit like a lacto fermented food. The PNSB keeps it from going completely anaerobic as it consumes the CO2. It usually goes wrong if the juice isn't drained so it goes anaerobic. You know when it goes wrong as it becomes an open all the windows in the house smell ... I wasn't popular that day 😂
