Soooooooooo.... if people are smuggling in Starlink terminals to Thailand does that mean it technically works? Or only in the remote border areas?

Because on the map last I checked it doesn't work (because of government red tape rather than anything technical).
Technically, Yes.
As long as the signal isn't detected. It’s easier in remote areas with less monitoring.
