4 reasons why the most talented devs often are unable to work efficiently in teams:

1️⃣ their ego doesn’t allow them to trust the team

2️⃣ they are not compassionate enough to work with someone who is not afraid to ask sometimes basic questions

3️⃣ they think they “know best”

4️⃣ they can write code but cannot communicate effectively- delegate, explain, give and ask for feedback.
