I had an ex who I dated for a long time during high school. Her family was great, but I was especially fond of her dad. I was still a Bernie Sanders supporter who didn’t understand anything about politics, economics, debt, or the evils of the federal reserve. He was a big Ron Paul guy, huge supporter of ending the Federal Reserve, and a general freedom advocate.

I think he held himself back from questioning my views out of respect for my family and a desire to allow me to learn on my own. With that said, if he had found a way to engage me in that type of thinking more, I can guarantee you I would’ve stumbled across Bitcoin far earlier.

Moral of the story: Be that guy. You never know how a few extra minutes of conversation can change the course of someone’s life.

It sounds like he was a stand up dude.

It’s all about the balance between getting ppl interested and slowly consuming their mind; cool thing is #bitcoin itself will do most of the work: “slowly, then suddenly.” Planting the see is all it takes, with occasional watering.
