Stop caring so much about follower counts and engagements and go take a walk or lift some weights or something.
You don't have to be an influencer, being a lurker or a weirdo posting random shit every couple of weeks is just fine.

yup. never had big numbers (not a goal) but I do try to comment on posts to show they are read. especially the small accounts .
Also, shitposting will only get you so far. Try building or designing something of value then share that. I'm sure that will get traction.
