Exactly. And the argument that they were constructed of cheap material is regarded. They had elevators. Water fountains 4 stories high. Sidewalks. Statues.

Bro to build a house takes at least a year or so. Now try to do this with a 50-100 acre site lol

I work in construction, it’s impossible even if you throw all the money and manpower at it…
