Yes a little over weight.
I mimicked my diet per Dr Michael's video but can't drop any lower. Weight was stuck for like two weeks.
Breakfast nothing
Lunch: Protein shake smoothie with mixed fruit and bananna, milk
Dinner: Meat cooked in butter, small veggies, cheese
That's it. Sunday is my cheat day
Weight loss was stagnant after a week
running will solve the weight problem
