Then just remove them and eat lots of protein, vegetables, and fruits, carbs, specifically grain are terrible for our health but they taste so good! ๐Ÿ˜‚

I went through the no gluten and was using alternatives like chic pea pasta but then I realized that my body doesnโ€™t like those and Im hungry often after eating them. I just dropped it all and went carnivorous. I still eat vegetation but its not a focus. Dropped the starchy sides completely.

Game changer
