Always been one of my favorite parts of nostr. I remember someone making a comment about Tidal UI and I think Jack tagged someone to fix it. I intentionally didn’t tag Mallers (sorry for the last name use, hard to talk about two Jacks in one thought) because he likely has some CEO shit to do, even if not, it is 11pm, it’s not his problem rn. This is exactly the “CEO shit” you mentioned.

I’ve seen this exact thing in every great CEO I’ve ever worked with. Insane attention to detail in the product.

It’s such a new concept to me coming out of the traditional finance field. Every CEO for previous companies I’ve worked for never even knew that I existed as an employee, let alone our customers. I love it here.
