About to tallow fry this turkey 🦃
I always do mine in peanut oil and it turns out well. Let me know how the beef tallow tastes!

It was amazing but expensive. Probably 4x the cost of peanut oil.
Sad that most suet is considered and discarded as an undesirable byproduct these days. Could and should be cheaper. Demand can fix this.
