How do you sweep completely your entire on chain balance from Lightning node? Either via ThunderHub or RTL (Ride The Lightning)

It always leaves a reserve balance I have super tiny UTXO's stacking for no reason

How to fix this?

I just want quality coin control when I open a channel. It always leaves ~50k sats, regardless

Then uses that change-output to assist funding next channel..

This is a lightning feature to keep a reserve amount in case your channel partner wants to close in a high fee environment

Correct. How do I edit this in the config? I've done it before but can't recall how, nor cannot find anything on github or core-lightning / lnd docs

With a LND node is recommended to always have one UTXO with no more than 100k sats for the anchor reserve.

If you do not have that UTXO, in case of closing channels or even force closures, you will not be able to bump the fee.

To swipe all the sats from a UTXO to open a channel, I suggest to use Zeus connected to your node. Zeus have that option.

But keep in mind; always leave just one UTXO with no more than 100k sats in your onchain wallet node.
