But if you want to go deeper, the New Discourses podcast (he reads from original sources), or the books of James Lindsay. But even Rothbard touched on it quite a bit. As did Voegelin and del Noche.

Ethnically, yes, I believe so. But religiously he was an atheistic gnostic, like Hegel before him.
