Kellogg’s has become the first company to sign a legally binding agreement — promising to remove toxic artificial dyes from its cereals in the U.S. by the end of 2027. The deal follows Texas AG Paxton’s investigation after the company removed dyes from products in Canada and Europe while keeping them in American versions.
