In my humble opinion, this question is more to be asked to your doctor or your nutritionist: a random follower doesnโ€™t know your health condition and he or she will reply thinking that your health condition is the same as hers.

I wonโ€™t agree, keto is very simple diet and for everyone. You donโ€™t need a doctor to eat proper human diet.

I have gotten good advice from my doctor for sure. Drop sweet things and grains. So there is some merit in that.

Thatโ€™s relevant to ask to your doctor first, then ask to your followers after, when your conviction is already done.

A bit too much berries for my taste. 1/3 of fruits and more bacon.

Iโ€™m not in favor of breakfast as the name suggest they break fast. One meal a day is my favorite. Beside that looks great for low carb!

I feel you there. I usually only have one large meal per day too, this would be more a brunch for me as it's almost 12 and I break my fast after 12 usually.
