The closest right now is to (request to) delete the note and try again. But deletion doesn't seem to be an important priority for Nostr. The attitude is mostly "just spew content and don't care".

Cheers. Maybe there are bigger fish to fry right now. I am guessing it must be possible at some point - people are building calendar apps etc, so editing is going to be important
