This will be good for people who want to spend small amount of bitcoin, small businesses and stores, but it limits large companies and excludes large bitcoin services such as mining, buy/sell platforms from France
buy/sell btc platform will not want to set up in France if it has to pay 60% or 90% tax. We need them and will need it more if there is more adoption. Their goal is to force CEOs to give their profits to the state, all advantages to workers.
If the company have financial problems, the state will come back to inject money like a savior, to keep them on track, but on the edge so they don't get too rich. In the end, the big winner will be the state.
Bitcoiners, I don't see too much issue here, if you need to just spend your Bitcoin or sell small amounts P2P to do what you need to, the ones who will be funding things like this is the shitcoiners who have to sell because they're in it for the trade
