New York Attorney General Letitia James ⚖️ is suing Gemini, Genesis, and Digital Currency Group, alleging they defrauded over 230,000 investors, including 29,000 New Yorkers, of over $1 billion.

She's on the right side of this one. They did defraud investors. Anybody offering high yield low risk is either lying about the yield or lying about the risk. They misled investors about both.
