no but is that relevant? Once precedent is set that people can be sold (yes, money changes hands) to a overseas private prison, and with Trump publicly stating he wants to send Americans there, its only a matter of time. Patriot Act was outward. NDAA was inward. Current 'deportations' are outward, next Dem admin will bring it inward. Its how it ALWAYS happens.
