Absolutely. But that doesn’t make them morally acceptable.

Try to convince business that we should change design for better at the cost of millions of dollars. Maybe longer term it’s better, but short term losses will prevent it from happening. And, who knows, maybe bad design does make people spend more! 🐶🐾🤷♂️🤣
