Using statistics and omitting small facts is generating a false narrative that July 2023 held the hottest week in 100,000 years. The article linked below demonstrates how this narrative is being generated, and why it's false.

Included is a terrific analogy using 4 temperature sensors in a kitchen to record the average kitchen temperature. One sensor is placed in the hottest region, the oven, one in the coldest, the refrigerator, and the other two in opposite corners of the kitchen.

The article reveals how average activity in the room paints an unrealistic view of the kitchen using the average temperature readings.

I think it I is very helpful to have a more accurate idea of how average global temperatures are calculated and presented, in order to see more clearly whether governmental & legal policy is in line with environmental threats.
