Witcher has awesome music and atmosphere, but is too dark for me. And I never bothered to learn about all the oils etc, too lazyπ

You donβt need to learn much if you are playing the game on story mode. You can just enjoy the stories, the music and the landscapes.
I love Skyrim too btw ! The soundtrack is just awesome ! Jeremy Soule did a wonderful job !
Oh yes, "Secunda" always gets me. I downloaded some mod for rich nature and forests and when Secunda starts playing and second moon is out, it always brings the feels. But I chose Argonian this time and they get cold 20 % faster, so I'm basically just running around with my butt freezing offππ Pardon, TAIL. π Witcher is awesome, but still, dead babies and bride in well, I'm too soft to play it.
πππ I gave up modding on PS5, the results are so much better on PC especially if you have good graphics.
In the Witcher, you canβt save the baby on that quest but you can save the wife and the Barron later if you wantπ . You can choose to have happy endings on some stories if thatβs what you are looking for.
But I agree with you the stories especially those in Velen are so dark.
The main story in the Witcher is just wonderful, that father-daughter relationship between Gerald and Ciri, and that love triangle between Yen, Gerald, and Triss. Itβs so well done.
