Got healthier in general, more lean muscle mass, better digestion and sleep

It's crazy to me how the general populace has been mislead on food and proper eating habits. Cut out the shit carbs (sugar and processed foods) and stick to healthy fats and good protein and watch the pounds shed away.

It truly is that easy and I still get to eat most of my favorite foods on a daily basis. Every now and again I'll dive into a yummy slice of cake or ice cream though. 😆

Going in a little deeper but I do believe this myself, is that big phrama and the food industry work hand in hand in keeping people sick for profit. Eat shit food, remain chronically ill, need to go to the Dr. more and get prescribed more medicines that they will put you on for life. All of which means big bucks in profit for both sides since junk food is also highly addictive.
