It's been for every site I've gone to. I have to manually change to "don't ask for this type of request" each time.

I wonder if this is a race condition. Do you see the same prompts again, or different ones?
e.g. load the page -> let's be reasonable -> prompt to get the pubkey (which is wrong)
if you reload the page does it then still prompt you from the pubkey?
Don’t think so. It’s always for a different type of request to sign.
Now sweat. Happy to be an odd edge case. It’s mostly stopped now that I’ve accepted most of the standard requests.
